SIGH...WE ARE NOT FREE

The authorities did not co e yesterday as we had hoped...then we thought today was the day until we received a text from the Vietnamese Health Authority that the person that needs to sign the decisions has been in meetings and is not available to sign it. So we wait.....sigh....
